Web Design

Creating websites has been a passion of mine since my teenage years. Through my Web 1 and Web 2 classes, I had the opportunity to put my skills to the test by building projects that progressively challenged me. Starting with a foundational HTML site, I developed a strong grasp of web structure and design. Later, I expanded my abilities by creating a more dynamic jQuery-based site, exploring interactive features and mobile app integration. These experiences have fueled my enthusiasm for web development and continue to inspire my growth in this field.

This is a jQuery-based site I created, where I focused on enhancing my skills by adapting colors to fit the overall layout seamlessly. It was also my first time using jQuery features to develop an uploadable Android app, which allowed me to explore the practical integration of web technologies into mobile platforms. This project helped me grow both creatively and technically, bridging design with functionality.

Web 1: HTML Site

In my Web 1 class, I created my very first website using HTML, where I demonstrated a foundational understanding of CSS styles to enhance the visual appeal. The site showcased my ability to organize interior pages effectively, ensuring clear navigation and structure. I also made early attempts to design aesthetically pleasing layouts that were mobile responsive, aiming to provide a smooth user experience across different devices. This project laid the groundwork for my web development skills and sparked my interest in creating functional, attractive websites.
